Introducing Pavilion at Clubhouse—a premier “bar-within-a-bar” experience designed specifically for those who appreciate fine spirits, high-end glassware, and table service.

Our Drinks & Service

Quality is the heartbeat of the Pavilion. We have moved away from standard barware to provide a true VIP experience, serving our entire menu in premium glassware. Our bar features 10 handcrafted signature cocktails, a curated selection of fine wines and craft beers, and a back bar stocked with over 60 premium spirits.

To complement your drinks, we serve a delectable range of tapas-style light bites. We believe you should spend your time enjoying your company, not waiting at the bar—which is why we provide full, dedicated table service throughout your visit.

Reserve Your Table

Pavilion is open every Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM until midnight. We offer versatile seating options to suit your group size, from intimate tables for two to spacious booths perfect for larger parties. Our standard reservation slots are 90 minutes.

How to book:

Booking your spot is simple. We have streamlined the process so you can focus on your celebration rather than the logistics:

• Select your party size: Simply let us know how many guests are in your group, and we will allocate the best table for your needs.
• Large groups: If you are planning a party for 7 to 14 guests, we have dedicated booths to accommodate you comfortably. For even larger events, partial or full private hire is available—please contact us in advance to arrange this.
• Walk-ins: While we always welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend reserving your table online in advance to guarantee your spot at Newcastle-under-Lyme’s premier cocktail lounge.

Please note: We are an over-18s venue. Please bring valid ID, as we may ask to verify your age upon arrival. We do not allow Pavilion Drinks, or glassware to be taken into Clubhouse. If you have already booked and activity please inform a server so we can provide you with the correct menu for your visit.
